Nathan started the company from the ground up in December 2016. His mission was to be able to provide landlords with a stress-free service whilst increasing the income generated on their assets. He was able to grow the business to over 150 managements by going above and beyond for landlords in under 2 and a half years.
He is certified in Insurance Broking and Mortgage Advice. He started his career working for NatWest Bank as a Savings Specialist. At 21, he became the youngest Branch Manager at Swinton Insurance. He then went on to work in the property sector managing a portfolio in excess of £100m.
Kas Ali is a graduate in Law. He ran the family dry cleaning business for over 10 years perfecting his customer service skills. During that time he acquired and developed rental properties with family maximising their rental potential. He has an eye for spotting opportunities and is responsible for our lettings function.
Natasha is responsible for our entire accounts function. Her primary role is to ensure our landlords are paid on time and our property portfolio is profitable. She is a university graduate who worked her way through the ranks of retail head offices. She comes from a merchandising background and enjoys analysing numbers.
Faisal is a graduate in Computer Information Systems. He also, studied civil engineering and has a passion for architecture. He worked as a housing officer for a fast paced, London property development company, before working with our director procuring properties for local authorities and charities. He oversees a portfolio of properties, liaising with landlords to ensur and investors to ensure they receive the best service.
Morgan Silva | Executive Secretary
Morgan is responsible for the day to day running of the office and our property portfolio. Her key role is to ensure tenancies are running smoothly and our entire client base is receiving excellent customer service.
Ashton Shep | Property Manager
Ashton is a graduate in Marketing. He has a property background, previously working as a property manager. After gaining years of experience he has moved to a senior property management role in our company and leads the marketing. He is great at building and maintaining relationships with new and existing tenants & landlords. He is well travelled and enjoys working with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
Marcel David leads up our Serviced Accommodation division. Being a landlord himself, he has first-hand experience of dealing with the full cycle of property management.
Marcel began he career in a leading financial broker as an IT 1st Line support then working his was to a Systems Administrator. During this 9 year position in the City of London, Marcel was responsible for the company’s vital infrastructure, business applications and range of projects.
Rachel plays an integral role in the accounts team, ensuring rents are paid on time and liasing with councils and charities to ensure we can accomomidate potiential tenants as smoothly and efficently as possible.
Ayo Jenyo | Advisor
Ayo is an advisor to the Managing Director, consulting on key worker and local authority contracts. He is the MD at The Cooperative Property Company which specialises in affordable housing. He brings with him vast experience in the UK social housing sector. Key achievements are the acquisition of £50m worth of residential asset on behalf of a third sector organisations.
