Nathan Eriemo | Managing Director

Nathan started the company from the ground up in December 2016. His mission was to be able to provide landlords with a stress free service whilst increasing the income generated on their assets. He was able to grow the business to over 150 managements by going above and beyond for landlords in under 2 and a half years.

He started his career in financial services working for NatWest Bank as a Savings Specialist and Swinton Insurance where he became the youngest Branch Manager at 21. He then went on to work in the property sector managing a portfolio in excess of £100m.

Kas Ali | Lettings Director

Kas Ali is a graduate in Law.  He ran the family dry cleaning business for over 10 years perfecting his customer service skills.  During that time he acquired and developed rental properties with family maximising their rental potential. He has an eye for spotting opportunities and is responsible for our lettings function.

Kieran Wilkinson | Sales Director

Kieran Wilkinson is a university graduate transformed into a property professional expanding his knowledge within the industry daily. He previously worked for Kings Group in Edmonton as a Senior Sales Negotiator.  From 2017-2019 he made the company over £400,000 within two postcodes selling properties and mortgages. His ambition and willingness to go the extra mile for clients is the reason he’s accomplished this much.  Kieran’s main priorities are building relationships with clients and providing excellent service.

Natasha Rose | Office Manager

Natasha is responsible for overseeing the daily running of the office and ensuring our landlords are paid on time.  She is a university graduate who worked her way through the ranks of retail head offices.  She comes from a merchandising background and enjoys analysing numbers. Her key role was to ensure there was enough stock to meet demand and implement offers to increase sales.

Marcel David | Property Manager

Marcel David leads up our Serviced Accommodation division.  Being a landlord himself, he has first-hand experience of dealing with the full cycle of property management.

Marcel began he career in a leading financial broker as an IT 1st Line support then working his was to a Systems Administrator. During this 9 year position in the City of London, Marcel was responsible for the company’s vital infrastructure,  business applications and range of projects.

Tyrel Delsol | Housing Officer

Tyrel is our youngest team member.  He started with us at the age of 18 as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator and now covers the Housing Officer role.  He is responsible for ensuring properties are ready to let, taking viewings with potential tenants and conducting regular inspections at properties to ensure standard are kept.  He is extremely proactive and hardworking.  He has a bright future ahead of him and plans to one day own and develop his own portfolio of properties.

Megan Masella | Lettings Negotiator

Megan is a graduate in Consumer Science, but soon started working in property. She previously worked in one of Christies top International teams. She brings her knowledge and experience with the same energy to us. She always strives to give her clients the best service.
